Content Policy

Report content on our Report Content page or by email at support@stuvio.ai.

This policy applies to everything you submit to or create with Stuvio.ai: prompts, reference images and videos you upload, generated images and videos, and anything you share through our share links. It applies to real people, fictional characters, anime and illustrated characters, and AI-generated people alike. It is part of our Terms of Service.

You may not create, upload or request:

• Nudity, sexual acts, or sexually explicit content of any kind.
• Sexualised depictions, including sexualised swimwear or lingerie scenes, provocative poses, or erotic framing.
• Requests to undress someone, make clothing see-through, or otherwise reveal a body.
• Classical, artistic or "educational" nudity used as a way around this rule.

This applies regardless of the age, consent or fictional status of the person depicted.

Any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers a minor is strictly prohibited, including suggestive depictions, "age-play" or "barely legal" framing, and characters presented as children. When age is unclear, we treat the person as a minor.

When we detect or receive a report of such content, we remove it from public access, preserve it as evidence, permanently suspend the account, and report it to the competent authorities where the law requires.

• Non-consensual intimate imagery, and deepfakes or impersonation of real people.
• Graphic violence, gore, or content that promotes self-harm.
• Hate speech or content that attacks people based on protected characteristics.
• Harassment, threats, or bullying of real people.
• Content that facilitates illegal activity.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or someone's privacy.
• Attempts to evade our moderation, for example by misspelling or encoding prohibited requests.

• Before generation: prompts and uploaded images and videos are checked automatically. Requests that break this policy are refused and no credits are charged. Uploaded files that break this policy are removed.
• After generation: results are checked before they are shown. Results that break this policy are never shown and the credits are refunded.
• If the check is unavailable: we pause generation rather than skip the check.
• Account suspension: sexual content and content involving minors lead to immediate suspension. For other categories, an account is suspended after 5 refused requests within 7 days. Suspended accounts cannot generate content.
• Records: we keep records of moderation decisions to enforce this policy and to meet legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Automated checks can make mistakes. If you believe your account was suspended in error, see section 8.

Anyone can report content, with or without an account, on our Report Content page or by email at support@stuvio.ai. Each report receives a case number.

• Reports of content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or impersonation of a real person are urgent: the content is taken out of public view when the report is received, and we review it within 24 hours.
• Other reports are reviewed within 7 business days.
• We do not take action against people who report in good faith.

If content on Stuvio.ai uses your likeness, private information, or work without permission, submit it on our Report Content page (choose the matching category) or email support@stuvio.ai with the link and the reason.

If you believe a decision was wrong, email support@stuvio.ai from your account email and explain why. A person reviews every appeal. We may restore access, but we do not guarantee it. Suspension for content involving minors is final. Suspension does not entitle you to a refund; see our Refund Policy.
