Refund Policy

At Stuvio AI, we are committed to delivering the best AI generation experience. Please read this refund policy carefully before making a purchase, as all sales are generally considered final.

General Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases — including subscription plans and credit packs — are non-refundable once the order is placed. We encourage you to review our pricing and plan details carefully before purchasing.

  • Subscription Plans: Subscription fees are non-refundable by default. In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis (see below).
  • Credit Packs: All credit pack (add-on) purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases, we may consider a subscription refund request at our sole discretion. To be considered, your request must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Time Limit: The refund request must be submitted within 3 days of your purchase date.
  • No Usage: Your subscription credits must be completely unused — no generations of any kind may have been initiated using your subscription credits.
  • Subscription Only: Only subscription plan fees are eligible for consideration. Credit pack purchases are never refundable.

Meeting these conditions does not guarantee a refund. Each request is reviewed individually, and Stuvio AI reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at its sole discretion.

Automatic Credit Refunds for Generation Failures

If an AI generation fails due to a system error or AI provider issue, the credits consumed for that generation are automatically refunded to your account. You do not need to contact us for this type of credit refund — it happens automatically. Note that this is a credit refund (credits returned to your account), not a monetary refund.

How to Submit a Refund Request

If you believe you qualify for an exceptional refund, please contact us:

  1. Send an email to support@stuvio.ai with the subject line “Refund Request.”
  2. Include your registered email address and a detailed explanation of the reason for your request.
  3. Ensure your request is submitted within 3 days of your purchase date.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • We will review your request and respond within approximately 10 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Upon refund, your subscription will be immediately canceled and your account will revert to the free plan.

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Here's what happens after cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
  • Remaining credits can be used until the billing period ends.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free plan.
  • No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time or mid-cycle cancellations.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
